Professor Cliff Bob of the Dept. of Political Science presented his paper, "Comparative Methodologies and the Study of Transnational Politics." A lively discussion ensued concerning both the political and methodological dimensions of Bob's paper. An abstract and a copy of the paper can be accessed at the CIRQ website, www.ciqr.duq.edu. Prior to the presentation, a CIQR business meeting discussed our new endeavors, especially the CIQR Certificate pilot program.
